About the Job
- Manage the communications between the clients and the company.
- Understand and collect the clients interests, demographics and information.
- Handle clients complaints, take the ownership and solve it with other departments.
- Give the clients the required support to facilitate their use of our website.
- Build good relationship with clients and facilitate their transactions with the company.
- Promote and sell our products to the interested clients.
- Follow up with clients to get their feedback after receiving their purchases.
- Help in surveys to get their feedback on a specific issue required by management.
