About the Job :
Le Garage Auctions, the market leader and pioneer of online auctions in Egypt, is seeking a highly motivated, talented account manager responsible for :
- Manage multiple accounts of Le Garage sellers; develop positive working relationships with all Sellers touch point in order to accomplish and advance sales and provide a high standard of customer service continually.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts to ensure sales increase
- Act as the point of contact, handle customers’ individual needs, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Set, track and forecast sales account targets, and follow up their items from the moment they entered the company till deposit.
- Report on the status of accounts and their problems
- Responsible for adding new accounts (Sellers accounts) using existing and potential customer networks.
- Meeting new and existing clients to negotiate to display their items at auction.
- This may require visiting them in their galleries and display rooms to negotiate increasing their sales on a weekly basis
- Monitor the inventory of items on a daily basis, make reports in the shortage of item categories and contact the suppliers and sellers to bring more items in these categories
- Manage daily facebook ads campaign and follow up with them on a daily basis

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong skills in use of microsoft office software especially Excel and to have analytical and organisational skills
- Sales & Marketing and relationship building skills
- Ability to approach people and understand their needs.
- Customer service background is a plus
- Having his own car is a plus
