Job Description
Manage the team that is responsible for onboarding suppliers and producers of different products on the site. Making sure that the product selection is varied and rich to increase conversion and sales of the site.
Main Duties:
- Manage all responsible accounts
- Making Sure the account reaches the maximum info, selection and sales
- Handle all problems for sellers especially financial and returns
- Handle promotions and logistics for sellers
- Working Closely with the accounts on continues teaching and leading them towards the best performance
Job Requirements
Technical Knowledge:
- Proven ability to drive the sales from a digital platform.
- Proven ability to run a team with certain deliverables.
- Proven ability to close deals with a strong ability to negotiate.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors online.
Personal (Soft)Skills:
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Coaching ability and training ability for the team.
Educational/Professional Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Relevant Years of experience
- Years of experience: 10 years
- Minimum of 10 years in the trading industry (preferably import/export field)
- Minimum of 10 years in a managerial position providing coaching and training to executives.
