About the Job
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant (Customer service/Telesales Agent) to contribute in generating sales for our company.
  • The job objective is to help the company grow by closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Job Requirements
  • Home appliance background experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presentable.
  • Performs inbound and outbound calls
  • Answering customers’ inquiries
  • Takes orders
  • Handles complaints

General Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Data Entry Skills

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience.
  • Age: 23 to 27.
  • Very good PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • The ability to respond to common inquiries in effective verbal and written communication skill.
