Ensure that the project is planned and performed within the cost and time limits, and in agreement with the contractual requirements
Develop the project organizational structure as well as the communication guide.
Define clearly interfaces between all stakeholders and develop the corresponding responsibility matrices.
Development of the Work Base Structure and project time schedule, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, site activities and testing/commissioning.
Validate the project budget and estimate the subsequent costs and resources.
Develop the project execution plan, safety plan and ensure follow-up.
Ensure coordination between all members of the project team then organize and conduct internal/external kick-off meetings.
Project management responsibilities with the customer/subcontractors including the following: Contract review, review of the general commercial conditions, specific conditions as well as quality, packing, shipping and documentation requirements for contracts with customer and subcontractors.
Issuance of purchase requisitions for all material then follow up the procurement Dept. activities, follow up the manufacturing, the delivery and the payment to subcontractors.
Issuance requests for obtaining all required insurance and guarantees.
Responsible for change order requests and contract amendments.
Responsible for all claims (including insurance claims).
Handle the internal bonuses and penalties for project staff.
Ensure proper follow-up of the documentation and correspondences.
