Job Description

  • Developed efficiency-enhancing workflow/process improvements that made it possible to accommodate increasing Responsibilities
  • Managing filing systems
  • Managing existing clients
  • Execute and coordinate the work plan to make sure work is completed among all team members
  • Coordinate deadlines
  • Help with some HR issues
  • Extensive research for new ideas for improvement in different fields
  • Assisting the president of the company with some personal subjects; flights, accommodation bookings and travel arrangements in general.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent level of both written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience not less than 3 years and does not exceed 5 years.
