  • Handle our clients from the first step ( calls ) to the last step (contract)
  • Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
  • Follow up with our customers
  • Well present the company and maintain the best image in client’s eyes.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice

Job Requirements
  • University degree
  • Good English Skills
  • MS Office
  • Ability to achieve sales target
  • Presentable
  • Should have a good communication skills to deal with clients
  • Can do more than 1 task in short time
  • Experience from 2+ in real estate sale
  • Experience in Real estate Field is a must
  • Very good in telesales and can attract the client to take the next step
  • Know how to close the deal and all negotiation about market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Candidates with a car will be preferred.
