Job Description
- Following up of preparing, reviewing, submitting & consultant approval of the followings:
- All shop drawings & details prepared by tech. office
- Project materials & shop drawings submittals.
- Project construction method statements.
- Coordination & composite drawings in corporation with tech. office team.
- Monthly payments & variation orders.
- As built drawing before carrying out the project.
- Technical support for site and construction department.
- Coordination with project planner in project construction schedule.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors for payment and variation orders.
- Attending coordination & progress meetings & suggest technical proposals.
- Coordinate between construction and engineering teams ensuring that constr. requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams in both ways.
Job Requirements
- BCs of Engineering Civil, Architecture
- 10 – 15 years of experience in construction companies (preferably in Hospitals finishing)
- Good command of English language
- Excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask with strong time management and organizational skills
