Job Description
- Screening candidates CVs, conducting phone interviews with candidates & and performing face to face interviewing with candidates
- Handling employee personnel file
- Coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff
- Maintain filing system of personnel files
- Updating and completion of filing system for personnel records
- Responsible for updating personnel database
- Responsible to assist in completion of all documentation and correspondence prior to the starting date of new employees
- Solve issues and problems
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 4+years of experience in Recruitment
- Good Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and reports, and other office procedures
- Excellent communication and people skills
