About the Job
  • 1st line support for end users.
  • Support & train users.
  • Manage & support IT hardware & software assets
  • Configure , install & support MS products
  • Configure , install & support Networks infrastructure.
  • Follow & apply IT standards.
  • Resolve system errors and problems as they occur and applying the appropriate fixes to these problems
  • Use the Service desk software to track and manage IT incidents.
  • Install, configure and upgrade operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages
Job Requirements
  • University degree
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Experience in network solutions, databases, OS, MS products, internet, communication devices, hardware and software troubleshooting.
    4. Good command of English.
  • Communication skills.
