About the Job
  • Archiving applications /resumes; scheduling Interviews with candidates.
  • Implement training and development plans.
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Design, implement and amend orientation programs for the new employees &Follow-up the Probation Period Process.
  • Maintain organizational charts updated and detailed job descriptions on a monthly basis.
  • Design and develop appropriate messaging, communications, events and workshops that creatively reinforce our unique values and culture.
  • Co-manage employee benefits program.
  • Responsible for processing of terminations.
  • Employees Files’ preparation and receiving the required hiring documents from the Employees.
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor Degree of Business Administration
  • Experience: 1-2 Years of Experience in same Field
  • Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Language: Very Good Command in English Language (Medium Level)
