Job Description
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed through the personnel cycle.
- Prepare template 1,2,6
- Maintains payroll effects (penalties, absence, deductions)
- Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 1-3 Years of experience mainly in personnel & payroll
- Age 28 max preferably Male
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of Ms. office tools
- Very good command of English language
- Multitasking skills
- Integrity
