Job Description
- Managing security for the network.
- NetWork setup, maintenance, and development.
- Server administration & troubleshooting.
- Investigating, diagnosing computer software and hardware faults.

- Handling technical issues and support requests of the employees
- Resolving all network support tickets received from the staff.

Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with routers, Switches, structured cabling equipment.
- Microsoft IT Professional (MCITP) is required.
- Proven troubleshooting experience with MS applications.
- Software and hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrading skills.
