Job Description
Main Duties:
- Review all requests regarding the purchase of any operational tools & equipment and compare it with each branch / platform's normal consumption to monitor the budget.
- Negotiate with different suppliers to come up with the best offers with the least cost to maintain the allocated budget.
- Develop a report to be submitted to department manager to select the best deal to control the budget.
- Review / ensure reviewing the received goods and compare it with purchase order as per the agreed terms to maintain company's rights.
- Develop maintenance contracts with different suppliers and follow up its implementation to ensure maintaining operational tools and equipment.
- Review each branch / platform balance in terms of operational tools and equipment to monitor their consumption against the allocated budget.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years experience in the same field.
- Very Good User of MS office.
- Good analytical abilities.
- Accurate, well organized and has strong Follow up skills.
- Negotiation, Problem solving, Communication and Leadership skills.
- Good command of the English language.
