About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Review all requests regarding the purchase of any operational tools & equipment and compare it with each branch / platform's normal consumption to monitor the budget.
  • Negotiate with different suppliers to come up with the best offers with the least cost to maintain the allocated budget.
  • Develop a report to be submitted to department manager to select the best deal to control the budget.
  • Review / ensure reviewing the received goods and compare it with purchase order as per the agreed terms to maintain company's rights.
  • Develop maintenance contracts with different suppliers and follow up its implementation to ensure maintaining operational tools and equipment.
  • Review each branch / platform balance in terms of operational tools and equipment to monitor their consumption against the allocated budget.
Job Requirements
  • University degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years experience in the same field.
  • Very Good User of MS office.
  • Good analytical abilities.
  • Accurate, well organized and has strong Follow up skills.
  • Negotiation, Problem solving, Communication and Leadership skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
