Job Description
We are looking for Senior HR Specialist to post announcements, bring in staff, interview, identify and reject the job, create job progress phases and interview plan for several jobs. We will work with Freelance / Project and create job announcements, interview management and the best selection for the following jobs (Sales - Technical Support - Programmers - E-Marketing )
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration
