Job Description

  • Control, maintain and Receive employees’ registration via finger prints on the system and create the daily report.
  • dealing with Labor office and social insurance office.
  • Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances.
  • Track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Run monthly report transaction "monthly effects" to send it to Compensation department
  • Receive any modifications in labor’s shifts and prepare employees’ attendance report.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires
  • Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies

Job Requirements

  • Females & Alexandria resident only
  • 2-3 years HR work experience, mainly in recruitment
  • Excellent in English & Office program
  • Labor law & social insurance background
  • Flexible personality & able to learn
  • HR diploma is prefer
