Job Description
- Control, maintain and Receive employees’ registration via finger prints on the system and create the daily report.
- dealing with Labor office and social insurance office.
- Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances.
- Track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Run monthly report transaction "monthly effects" to send it to Compensation department
- Receive any modifications in labor’s shifts and prepare employees’ attendance report.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires
- Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies
Job Requirements
- Females & Alexandria resident only
- 2-3 years HR work experience, mainly in recruitment
- Excellent in English & Office program
- Labor law & social insurance background
- Flexible personality & able to learn
- HR diploma is prefer
