The employee will be responsible for:
- Managing the branch staff and supervises their performance.
- Submit weekly sales report.
- Contact with staff to find out the problems faced by customers and provide support to find solutions for them.
- Provide one on one training for individuals in the sales team.
- Schedule, assign and check work of the sales team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Job Requirements
The IDEAL candidate would be the one with the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Male.
- Minimum 35 years old.
- Previous experience as a general manager.
- Manages team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication & presentations skills.
- Working with positive attitude.
- Passionate about CARS and Luxurious Brands.
