Job Description
- Prospecting and hunting for new advertisers and clients
- Identifying and prospecting large opportunities
- Drive early stage opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Selling effective and high return digital services/solutions/campaigns
- Seek out and develop relationships with clients and Networking at various business events
- Develop an understanding of clients' business issues
- Drive engagement with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Communicate effectively in writing, over the phone and in-person with internal and external teams
- Achieve revenue goals on a quarterly basis
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Accurately manage and forecast sales pipeline
- Meeting with business executives to create sales presentations
- Writing sales proposals/presentations
- Responsible for account management, servicing and renewing existing clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an Advertising Agency or Digital Marketing Agency
- Experience with start-up companies is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills ( English and Arabic)
- Confident, assertive and self-starter who is extremely organized and goal - driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
