About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Create and maintain personnel records and maintain the employee database system
  • Keep records of attendance and track employees’ absences
  • Handle social and health insurance for the entire staff
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Process monthly payroll and perform annual payroll tax reconciliation
  • Deal with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerning employees
  • Handle employee contracts, including their renewal and/or termination
  • Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
  • Handle employees' grievances and complaints.
Job Requirements
  • BSc in Accounting, Business administration, Human Resources or relevant field HR diploma or certificate is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll or personnel specialist.
  • Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Deep knowledge of labor legislation
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic languages
  • Previous experience in dealing with blue collars is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills with different staff levels, both blue and white collars
