Job Description
- Sell a variety of Tools & Machinery and maintaining.
- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Arrange a schedule of visits to major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments
- Visit clients to demonstrate use of products, show samples and take orders.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
- Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
- Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors.
- Speak with other sales and marketing personnel in their company to determine the best methods of promoting products.
- Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products and how they may be used.
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms
- Prepare contracts and record orders
- Report to employers on sales and provide feedback about the marketing of new or established products.
- Carry out formal presentations of products using videos and other training aids, attend promotional markets and organize product displays.
- Work on telemarketing campaigns
- Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets
- Use e-business technology.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/D in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Must have a car
- Minimum 2 years work experience in sales within the Egyptian market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic languages
- Must be self-driven, motivated and result oriented.
- Must be proficient in basic computer applications (i.e Microsoft Office)
- Must be a good team player as well as be able to facilitate change
