Job Description

Job Summary:-

  • The job holder will be responsible for providing service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, the aim is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Opens customer account information
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Attracts potential customers by answering products/service questions
  • Resolve Problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint, determine the cause of the problem and explain the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Identifying and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Refer customers to supervisors or managers who can help

Job Requirements

Job Knowledge:-

  • Academic: Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent in English
