  • Resolving customer needs and issues.
  • Meeting set KPIs.

Job Requirements
  • Very good command of English language.
  • Experience in call center/customer service is an asset.
  • Discipline & strict compliance with policies & procedures.
  • Ability to learn, seek knowledge and self-development.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work on a 24 hours shift basis that will include night and overnight hours.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office application.
