Job Description

  • Responsible for interviewing the applicants through the phone and providing instant feedbacks
  • Achieving weekly registration and recruitment targets.
  • Responsible for scheduling the face to face interviews with the applicants after receiving the schedule from Operations Supervisor
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate tracking sheet of the status of the applicants
  • Responsible for informing Operations Supervisor with the needed number of interview sessions
  • Follow up on applicants who did not show up for interview
  • Creating daily report about status of applicants
  • Creating weekly report about the status of applicants and send it to Operations Supervisor and CEO
  • Creating monthly report about the faced challenges and problems send it to Operations Supervisor and CEO

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
  • Call center background in highly preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Proficiency in MS Office
