Job Description
- Responsible for interviewing the applicants through the phone and providing instant feedbacks
- Achieving weekly registration and recruitment targets.
- Responsible for scheduling the face to face interviews with the applicants after receiving the schedule from Operations Supervisor
- Responsible for maintaining accurate tracking sheet of the status of the applicants
- Responsible for informing Operations Supervisor with the needed number of interview sessions
- Follow up on applicants who did not show up for interview
- Creating daily report about status of applicants
- Creating weekly report about the status of applicants and send it to Operations Supervisor and CEO
- Creating monthly report about the faced challenges and problems send it to Operations Supervisor and CEO
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
- Call center background in highly preferable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English Language
- Proficiency in MS Office
