Job Description
Claims Management:
- Inspecting claims inside and outside the company according to the company official claim code definitions .
- Claim data entry in SAP
- Creating claim reports for customers
- Reducing claim cycle time
- Handling claim issues with customers.
Product Evaluation:
- Supporting Product evaluation team in analyzing data using Product evaluation system to support Factory and R&D.
- Supporting product evaluation team in conducting planned product evaluation interviews.
Market Test
- Supporting Market test team to follow up market test plan.
Market Survey
- Conducting Product surveys
Job Requirements
- Residency of Assuit or Sohag ONLY
- Graduates of Engineering or Commerce ONLY
- From 0 to 5 years of experience in related field
- Excellent commands of English both spoken & written
- Excellent commands of computer skills (MS Office / SAP or Oracle is plus)
Technical skills:
- Tire knowledge is an advantage.
- Automotive Back ground is an advantage.
- Technical support Background is an advantage.
Interpersonal skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong Conflict Management & Flexibility
- Good presentation skills
