Job Description
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm the possible interactions users would have with our clients
- Create content for the responses
- Use our content flow tools to build engaging conversation
- Review the conversation our Chatbots had with their users on a weekly basis and suggest improvements
- Track progress of customer specific product improvements and measure impact
- Have a deep understanding of the client and howadds value to the client
- Collaborate with our product team to contribute customer needs towards product development
- Quality assurance of conversations before launch
- Collaborate with management on maintaining the long-term vision and roadmap
- Demonstrate the latest iteration of the product to stakeholders
- Develop ideas while being mindful of the audience and turn it on a real show throw videos or posts.
- Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team
- Optimize online content to help improve search rankings and user engagement.
- Update website content as needed
Job Requirements
Skills
- Bachelor Degree in, Linguistics, Marketing, English Literature or 2 years of equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Arabic
- Data driven approach to decision making
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
- Proactive, independent worker who is highly organized and interested in the difference they can make through their individual contribution
- Experience with teamwork
- Candidate with the right experience can be considered as a Conversational Designer
- Desire to work in a startup environment
