Job Description
We require an online community manager who can engage professionally and efficiently with our community of developers across online platforms (Bitcointalk, Reddit, Slack, Telegram .. etc.).
As an online community manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the online social platforms, giving and explaining information to users about Elkrem tools, understand and be able to explain technical terms to users and respond to queries.
Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for developers and new members of Elkrem community.
- Engage in tech. conversations with developers across online forums and social media channels.
- Understand technical applications and how to explain these terms to the community.
- Answer questions and engage in community discussions relevant to Elkrem tools across our social media and chat forums.
- Motivate the community to contribute code, content, evangelize and act as references.
- Track metrics around the success of Elkrem community, including overall participation and downstream impact on our business.
- Organize and host events such as build nights and meet-ups for developers and enthusiasts.
- Present the company at tech. conferences.
Job Requirements
- A tech. Savy geek with the ability to research and learn about new technologies.
- Interested in Blockchain technology and willing to engage in research to enhance understanding.
- Experience with customer support across social media, email or online chats.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills. (Don’t care about accents).
- Ability to answer tech. questions and engage with software developers.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
