Job Description
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Coordinate projects deliverable.
- Manages staff schedules.
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Manage and track small office budgets.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Highly organized and flexible.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Writing Emails and office management software.
- HR Knowledge and Experience is a Plus.
- Preferred 6 of October City Residents.
