Job Description
Main tasks:
- Follow up related to printing all of the different types of the publications of the company (Signs, Advertisements, Administrative works records, Employees cards - ID-....)
- Receive the publications of the company from the external printing houses as agreed and deliver it to the different departments
- Help rephrase the materials required for the publications
- Help in developing the advertising idea required to be delivered to the client
- Fetish samples and quotes for the publications
- Follow-up the installation of the corporation's banners
Secondary tasks:
- Organize external publicity exhibitions required for the projects of the corporation within the marketing plan.
Scope of responsibility:
- Confirm the exit of all advertising materials of the corporation regarding the required format and quality.
- Meet the representatives of advertising companies and printing houses
- Correspondences and receive quotations
- Publications storage
Job Requirements
- Bsc. of Media or any appropriate qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in the same field
- Negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good planning and organization skills
- At least 3 years experience in the field of advertising or printing houses
- Full knowledge of the outdoor printing for outdoor campaigns (Chassis, Sositat, Lanterns)
- Full knowledge of "Offset" printing for all kinds of publications
- Photoshop is a plus
- Experience in the field of printing, types of papers and all the materials related to the printing house.
- Continuous update in the field of advertising, publicity and printing.
