Job Description
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
- Perform and maintain regular following ups with clients.
- Assess potential customers' needs, evaluate business opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and contributing to team targets.
- Convincing prospective clients to handle their sale and agree the terms.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree.
- 2+ years previous experience in Real Estate industry
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
- Proven working experience as a REAL Estate Agent/Insurance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Good network and connections of owners and prospects.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Have car, (mandatory).
- Males OR Females.
