Job Description
- Office Management in all aspects including managing Appointments – Meeting Organization – Traveling – Seminars – and any other job needed within the administration and financial ranges.
- Complete HR roles and duties (Recruit and select candidates - Implement Human Resources and Procedures
- Update employees personal records
- Handle social insurance
- Suggest & Organize training and courses
- Employees monthly reports – Aware of all legal issues in relation with hiring, firing and end of service)
- Manage Staff Salaries and Bonuses Coordinating with various departments to ensure optimum use of messengers/drivers
- Assist on compliance and marketing related matters.
- Responsible for marketing activities, logistics, and updating company's website, and advertisements
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Excellent Command of English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
- Excellent computer skills
- Professional and presentable
