About the Job
  • Office Management in all aspects including managing Appointments – Meeting Organization – Traveling – Seminars – and any other job needed within the administration and financial ranges.
  • Complete HR roles and duties (Recruit and select candidates - Implement Human Resources and Procedures
  • Update employees personal records
  • Handle social insurance
  • Suggest & Organize training and courses
  • Employees monthly reports – Aware of all legal issues in relation with hiring, firing and end of service)
  • Manage Staff Salaries and Bonuses Coordinating with various departments to ensure optimum use of messengers/drivers
  • Assist on compliance and marketing related matters.
  • Responsible for marketing activities, logistics, and updating company's website, and advertisements

  • Bachelors degree
