- تقديم افضل مستوى من خدمة العملاء
- متابعة الطلبات و الشكاوى
- متابعة سير العمل مع فريق التوصيل
- المعاد يشيفتات متغيره, ايام العمل 5 ايام + 2 يوم اجازة متغيرة9 ساعات عمل يتخللهم ساعه راحه
Job Requirements
- Good command of English Language- Graduate
- Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills in English and Arabic language.
- High proficiency in using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
- Must work well in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users.
