Job Description

  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Maintains records of all activities, document events, incidents and actions, handle all correspondence, filing, etc.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Composes and types routine correspondences such as business letters, reports or office memorandum.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Schedules appointments, assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries.
  • Records Agendas & minutes of meetings.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work.
  • Assist HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
  • Presentable & organized .
