Job Description
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Maintains records of all activities, document events, incidents and actions, handle all correspondence, filing, etc.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Composes and types routine correspondences such as business letters, reports or office memorandum.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Schedules appointments, assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries.
- Records Agendas & minutes of meetings.
- Support staff in assigned project based work.
- Assist HR Manager
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
- Presentable & organized .
