Job Description
- Develop solution architecture and design based on best practices and experience in different design and architecture methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Conduct Code and design reviews to help grow team members.
- Challenge team members to find the most efficient solutions and help solve their problems.
- Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release
- Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
- Working closely with Development Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery
- Estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
- Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with Development Project Managers to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
- Ensure the team is following an efficient software development process

- Deep hands-on Experience in different technologies such as Cloud Backend Solutions.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
- Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum
- Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
