Job Description
- Prepare and record and save all checks and transfers for cash imprest, suppliers, and rents then sent to the Treasury after signing for delivery to suppliers and prepare of their reports and sent to the direct manager.
- Follow-up balances and accounts of banks on a daily basis to cover the company accounts for each bank and prepare the settlement memos for bank accounts and determine the differences a day and find solutions to them, and recorded in their own reports and sent to the direct manager.
- Conduct all correspondence and transactions for the company's accounts with banks.
- Analysis and review all bank accounts and expenses and prepare of their reports and sent to the direct manager.
- Prepare guarantee letters and all documents required for the bank transactions, and analyze and review their own reports on a regular basis.
- Conduct confirmations with all banks on a regular basis to review the company's accounts.
- Review amounts due to the suppliers of marketing and maintenance departments, and ensure the application of the company's policies and procedures.
- Follow-up the related rents account for foreigners and expatriate staff, branches, apartments and stores on a regular basis and prepare check cashing forms and registered in their own reports and sent to the direct manager.
- Follow up all cash deposits and checks for the branches customers and make sure from their validity by coordination with the branches accountants and provide support to resolve any problem related to banking transactions.
- Participate in a regular Stock take operations for the company.
- Do other tasks related to work requirements and upon request of the direct manager after the adoption of head of a department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting English Section
- 2-4 Years’ Experience as an accountant.
- V. Good in written & spoken English
- V. Good Computer Skills - Microsoft Office
- CMA or any international certificate is must or Diploma.
