Job Description

  • Handle Recruitment & Selection Process Match Making Manpower Plan requirements
  • Handle Employees Training & Development ( Internally & Externally ) Process ( Attendees , Certification Preparation , Materials )
  • Prepare Training Evaluation Form and Training Need Analysis per each department .
  • Responsible for Employees Personnel ( Contracts , filing system ) ensure alignment with Egyptian Labor Law .
  • Follow Up Foreigners Consultant Legal Documentation
  • Handle Day to day HR operation
  • Prepare HR Employees Satisfaction Survey
  • Prepare Team Building Plan / Compensation & Rewards Plan

Job Requirements

  • Sheikh Zayed / October Resident is a must
  • 5-10 years Experience in the HR Field
  • HR diploma is an assets
  • Strategic thinking & Problem solving
  • Budget Preparation , Fiscal Management & analysis
  • High communication Skills
  • Leader ship skills
  • Managerial Skills
