Job Description
- Handle Recruitment & Selection Process Match Making Manpower Plan requirements
- Handle Employees Training & Development ( Internally & Externally ) Process ( Attendees , Certification Preparation , Materials )
- Prepare Training Evaluation Form and Training Need Analysis per each department .
- Responsible for Employees Personnel ( Contracts , filing system ) ensure alignment with Egyptian Labor Law .
- Follow Up Foreigners Consultant Legal Documentation
- Handle Day to day HR operation
- Prepare HR Employees Satisfaction Survey
- Prepare Team Building Plan / Compensation & Rewards Plan
Job Requirements
- Sheikh Zayed / October Resident is a must
- 5-10 years Experience in the HR Field
- HR diploma is an assets
- Strategic thinking & Problem solving
- Budget Preparation , Fiscal Management & analysis
- High communication Skills
- Leader ship skills
- Managerial Skills
