Job Description

  • Watch for the maintenance of admin buildings.
  • Supervise the cleaning staff and Office Boys.
  • Pay and review water & electricity bill to ensure saving company rights.
  • Ensure the frequent cleaning, and maintenance of the branch and/or warehouse to ensure neat premises to maintain company's image.
  • Solve any branch problem regarding the maintenance, landlines, purchasing…etc.
  • Review, evaluating and select suppliers based on prices, quality, availability, reliability, and other criteria.
  • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
  • Compare supplier’s bills with purchase orders in order to verify accuracy.
  • Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
  • Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • 3 - 4 years' experience in the same filed.
  • Very Good User of MS office.
  • Good In English
  • Organized and Follow up.
  • Negotiation, Problem solving and Communication skills.
