Job Description
- Creating scripts to the Call center agents to be sent to the customers.
- Handling the complaints process and following up with the feedback.
- Handling the clients following up the process with the sales departments (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
- Analyzing the lead sources with the Support Functions Head (Monthly / Quarterly).
- Evaluating the customer satisfaction for sales agents quarterly.
- Participating in the evaluation of the customer care agents at the call center quarterly.
- Following up daily on the CC Agents tasks and responsibilities.
- Interviewing and selecting the Call center agents with the Outsource vendor.
- Handling the inductions and orientations for the customer care agents.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Customer care is a plus
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Microsoft Excel and word are a must.
- Experience in banking is a plus
