About the Job
  • Creating scripts to the Call center agents to be sent to the customers.
  • Handling the complaints process and following up with the feedback.
  • Handling the clients following up the process with the sales departments (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
  • Analyzing the lead sources with the Support Functions Head (Monthly / Quarterly).
  • Evaluating the customer satisfaction for sales agents quarterly.
  • Participating in the evaluation of the customer care agents at the call center quarterly.
  • Following up daily on the CC Agents tasks and responsibilities.
  • Interviewing and selecting the Call center agents with the Outsource vendor.
  • Handling the inductions and orientations for the customer care agents.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in Customer care is a plus
  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • Microsoft Excel and word are a must.
  • Experience in banking is a plus
