Job Description
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc.. to offer them property consultancy services.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Understanding your customers’ needs.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
- Put properties up for sale by advertising them on various media and advert channels.
- Reporting sales trends to your employer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- From 1 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage.
- A car is preferred.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
- Very good computer skills.
- Good appearance.
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
