Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness through leading and executing resourcing strategies in support of the organization’s objectives. The role entails developing and implementing initiatives to attract, assess, retain, develop, and manage a highly qualified work force by providing counsel on talent decisions including manpower planning, organization and succession planning.
Responsibilities:
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on boarding processes) in collaboration with the Head of Talent Acquisition
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) and implement efficiencies to improve on the same
- Provide comprehensive reporting analytics for continuous improvement and tracking
- Manages and develops the team of Talent Acquisition leads
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and develop subsequent recruitment plans that ensure gender and cultural diversity
- Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant. In addition to informing recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
- Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
Knowledge:

Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Business Partner
- Experience within multinational/international environments
- Experience in technical talent acquisition as well as mass recruitment from transportation industry would be ideal
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Experience HRMS is an added advantage
- Experience in leading a high performing team
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential and French as an advantage
