Job Description
- Provide first line support for users either remotely or locally requiring assistance with IT issues and problems.
- Resolve users’ requests regarding software/ hardware and replace defective components when necessary
- Install new user’s PC and the relevant operating system
- Configure, monitor, and maintain user emails or virus protection software.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor and maintain the internet connection in remote areas
- Escalate more involved problems to the appropriate support teams.
- Install the operating systems on the servers.
- Create all users, and the relevant policy and privacy profiles
- Maintain the IT operation of all users “Antivirus, internet, other applications”.
