Job Description

  • Manage signed projects.
  • Meet clients and gather necessary information for the project.
  • Upsell and approach clients for new services.
  • Gather leads by calling potential clients, visit exhibitions and conferences.
  • Proposal write up and communication with Clients.
  • Follow-up with potential clients and signing clients to conclude deal.
  • Update System as required.
  • Gather content & data related to Project, based on contract requirements if available.
  • Discuss and brain storm Project concept with Designers and Project Managers.
  • Follow up on Project with supervisor.
  • Reviewing deliverables and client comments on Project to ensure best standards.
  • Inter-department communication with design, development, social media, IT, and Accounting teams through emails for tasks related to signed or potential projects.
  • Present a monthly report of Activities.
  • Update Client list with their emails, phone numbers and addresses.
  • Gather content for Newsletter or Mailing that is sent to clients for new products, offers and newly signed Clients.
  • Advising social media team on latest launched projects.
  • Updating profile and website with latest products and clients.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing and development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Previous experience in handling clients
  • Ambitious and dynamic
