Job Description

  • Customer reception.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Registration of customers according to the accepted protocol and booking of worship appointments
  • Helping customers fill in the required forms in their files.
  • Accounts Payable after Sessions
  • Inform customers of the necessary reactions and precautions
  • Maintain and review patients' files
  • Modify customer appointments according to clinic conditions or any emergency conditions
  • Responding to customer's telephone calls, answering questions and diverting calls
  • Contact customers who have been out of the clinic for a while.
  • Arranging customer appointments
  • Confirmation of the reserved dates before the date of the day, either by telephone or through the WhatsApp
  • Do any additional work for the departments according to the employer's vision
