Job Description
- Customer reception.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Registration of customers according to the accepted protocol and booking of worship appointments
- Helping customers fill in the required forms in their files.
- Accounts Payable after Sessions
- Inform customers of the necessary reactions and precautions
- Maintain and review patients' files
- Modify customer appointments according to clinic conditions or any emergency conditions
- Responding to customer's telephone calls, answering questions and diverting calls
- Contact customers who have been out of the clinic for a while.
- Arranging customer appointments
- Confirmation of the reserved dates before the date of the day, either by telephone or through the WhatsApp
- Do any additional work for the departments according to the employer's vision
