- Leading a team of customer care agents
- Monitoring quality of the agent's calls
- Resolving customer complaints
- Interacting with operations team to ensure successful completion of order
Job Requirements
- Be excited about working on growing the business
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a customer care function and as a team leader for part of that experience
- Good at using call center systems
