VACANCY:

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions or every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

  • Reporting to: Designated District Sales Manager
  • Location: Cairo

Job Purpose:

Alleviating commercial tasks and activities from the promotional team to free more time for customer engagement and penetrating key accounts of assigned territories maximizing the revenue and bottom-line

A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow up sales at key channels (distributors, pharmacies, etc) and sharing the feedback with the promotional team to agree action plans
  • Develop sustainable partnerships with pharmacy personnel (Pharmacist, Pharmacist Assistant, Telesales, etc)
  • Cut deals and orders directing customers for the best way of executions whether through distributors or company's own distribution team
  • Coordinate with the promotional team to ensure availability of Multicare's products in all key pharmacies in designated area according to sales strategy
  • Report their activities in line with agreed KPI's and fulfill them
  • Participate in Health Days and Point of Sales Activities (POS) as agreed with the Line Management
  • Handle collection as needed in liaising with Finance and Distribution Teams
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule sales effort
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
