Job Description
- Receive employees’ registration via finger prints on the system and create the daily report.
- dealing with Labor office and social insurance office.
- Control and maintain the finger print attendance machine.
- Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances.
- Track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Receive daily alerts from all departments regarding overtime and requested leaves.
- Control and monitor the employees’ vacations and attendance balance.
- Run monthly report transaction "monthly effects" to send it to Compensation department "Absences, Penalties and Sick leave "to update the payroll system with the daily salary transactions.
- Receive any modifications in labor’s shifts and prepare employees’ attendance report.
- Dealing with a governmental medical insurance to Issue & Renewal Medical's Ids.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-3 Years of experience.
- HR certificate/diploma is a Prefer.
- Knowledge of Egypt Labor law and Private medical insurance will be plus.
- Good in English Language (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, Excel & Power point).
- Good communication skills with all levels in work environment.
